REGARDING THE ST-DENIS THEATRE
How many halls are there at the Theatre?
- There are two halls at the Theatre, both located at 1594 St-Denis Street.
What is the capacity of the halls at the Theatre?
- Théâtre St-Denis 1 has 2218 seats; 1328 on the floor, and 890 on the balcony.
- Théâtre St-Denis 2 has 933 seats; 665 on the floor, and 268 on the balcony.
How can we see the seating charts?
- To see the seating charts, you must click on the " SEATING CHARTS " icon on upper left corner of the Home page.
How soon before the show may we enter the hall?
- Generally, one can enter the lobby an hour before the show, and the hall itself opens its doors 30 minutes before curtain.
Is the Theatre equipped with an audio system for patrons with hearing difficulties?
- The Theatre is not equipped with an audio system for patrons with hearing difficulties.
Does the Theatre have a section for patrons with reduced mobility?
- The Theatre is accessible to patrons with reduced mobility and has a designated section for those in wheelchairs. This section is located close to the exits at the back of the hall for security reasons.
Are there elevators at the Theatre?
- There are no elevators at the Theatre.
Are audience members allowed to use cameras or tape recorders during performances?
- The use of recording equipment of any kind is strictly prohibited at the Theatre.
Is there a dress code at the Theattre?
- There is no dress code at the Theatre.
Does the Theatre have a cloakroom?
- The Theatre has a cloakroom that is generally open from mid-October to mid-April.
Is smoking permitted at the Theatre?
- Smoking is forbidden at the Theatre.
Is there a bar at the Theatre?
- There are bars in the lobby of both halls.
Can minors attend performances at the Theatre?
- Minors are welcome to attend performances at the Theatre, but cannot order or consume any alcohol.

Where is the Theatre box office located, and what are its business hours?
- The Theatre St-Denis box office is located at 1594 St-Denis Street, and it is open from Monday to Saturday from noon to 6:00 pm.
How can we purchase tickets for the Theatre?
- At the Theatre box office, located at 1594 St-Denis Street, in Montreal. The box office is open from Monday to Saturday from noon to 6:00 pm, and accepts cash, debit cards, and Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards.
- By phone, by calling Ticketpro at 514-790-1111 or at 1-800-848-1594, from Monday to Sunday from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm. Ticketpro accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards.
- On line, at www.ticketpro.ca. The site is accessible at all times, and accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards.
Are gift certificates available for the Theatre?
- Gift certificates are available at the Theatre box office, at 1594 St-Denis Street. These certificates can be of any value you choose, and can only be redeemed at the box office.
What can we do if we have lost our tickets?
- If you have lost tickets that were purchased at the Theatre, you must call the box office, at 514-849-4211 (press 0 to speak to the receptionist). If you have lost tickets that were purchased by phone or on line, call Ticketpro, at 514-790-1111 or 1-800-848-1594.

REGARDING THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
Is parking available at the Theatre?
- Indoor parking is available at A1-Parc, located at 1601 Sanguinet, between de Maisonneuve Boulevard East and Ontario Street. There is, however, no indoor access to the Theatre from the parking lot. It's $12.00 when you come to see a show at the Theatre. We suggest you arrive at least an hour before the show, because the lot fills up early.
How do we get to the Theatre by subway?
- You must get off at the Berri-UQAM station and take the St-Denis exit. Once outside, cross de Maisonneuve Boulevard and continue walking on St-Denis. The Theatre is located at 1594 St-Denis Street, less than a block from the subway.
Are there any restaurants and hotels nearby?
