FAQ - Group Reservations
How do you qualify for a group discount?
Any group of individuals that is large enough to meet the established minimum requirement to be deemed a “group” can purchase group tickets. A group can be “formal” (business organization, an association, Girl Guides, Scouts, etc.) or "informal" (friends, family, etc.).
How many people are needed to form a group?
The established minimum requirement for the size of a group varies from event to event. Please telephone the Group Reservation department for more details: 514 849-4211, ext. 3, or [email protected]
Can someone within my group pay separately?
No. A 25 per cent deposit of the total amount is required when booking tickets for your group. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to the date of the event. The DEPOSIT REQUIRED AND PAYMENT METHODS section addresses this in greater detail.
Can I order group tickets for shows presented at Espace St-Denis?
Definitely! Simply complete the relevant form and we will contact you shortly thereafter.

For shows that will have more than one performance, do I need to purchase a minimum number of tickets for each show I order?
Yes. A minimum of ten (10) tickets must be purchased for each performance.
What must a child’s age be in order to be granted free admission to Espace St-Denis events?
Generally speaking, admission is free for children who are under one year old and who will be sitting on a parent's lap. Please consult your Group Reservation representative to know the minimum age allowed for a particular event.
What happens if I don't have enough people to form a group? Can I still purchase tickets?
You can purchase tickets at the Espace St-Denis ticket office or via the Ticketpro network (www.ticketpro.ca). However, you will not be entitled to the group rate if you do not meet the minimum criteria established for the number of people required to be considered a group.
Can I get the group rate if I buy tickets online through Ticketpro?
No. All ticket orders for groups must be made through the Group Reservation department in order to take advantage of group discounts.
Can I purchase additional tickets if I have already paid for my order?
Yes, so long as there are still tickets available for your performance. We will then attempt to assign your additional seats as close as possible to the seats in your original order.
How will I receive my tickets?
Several options are available. If delivery time permits, they can be sent by mail or by courier (additional charges will apply). Tickets can also be picked up at the Espace St-Denis ticket office or during our office hours by making an appointment beforehand with your Group Reservation representative.
How much does parking cost?
Parking costs vary from one parking lot to another.
There are four parking lots located nearby. The closest is behind Théâtre St-Denis, on Sanguinet Street. Consult https://theatrestdenis.com/en/helpful-informations/parking/ to acquaint yourself with the parking lots near to Espace St-Denis.
Does our group leader and our bus driver each require a ticket?
Yes, if they intend to watch the show. However, you can consult your Group Reservation representative to see if your show has free tickets available.
Can I get a refund for tickets I have purchased, or exchange them?
No. Sales are final once the last payment has been made and received. There are no exchanges or refunds once the transaction has been completed.
