Update on the postponed events and FAQ

In order to respect the containment period prescribed by the Government of Quebec, and therefore the suspention of all our events, we would like to inform our customers of the situation with regards to the performances to be presented during and beyond this period. If you have tickets to any of the following shows, please read the following guidelines carefully:

 

LA NUIT DE LA DÉPRIME!

The initial show, scheduled on January 18, 2021 at 7:30 PM has been postponed to January 17, 2022 at 7:30 PM.

All Ticket holders should keep their tickets, which will be honoured on the new date.

 

UNE NUIT SOUS LES PONTS DE PARIS

The initial shows, scheduled on September 26 2020 at 2 PM and 8PM, have been postponed to September 11, 2011 at 2 PM and 8 PM.

All Ticket holders should keep their tickets, which will be honoured (including seat assignments) as follows:

 

September 26 at 2 PM show postponed to September 11, 2021 at 2 PM

September 26 at 8 PM show postponed to September 11, 2021 at 8 PM

ANDRÉ-PHILIPPE GAGNON

André-Philippe Gagnon's new shows, scheduled on November 12, 13 and 14, rescheduled on January 14, 15 and 16, 2021, will now take place on November 25, 26 and 27, 2021 at 8 PM

All Ticket holders should keep their tickets, which will be honoured (including seat assignments) as follows:

 

Thursday, Nov. 12 show postponed to Thursday, Jan. 14, 2021 at 8 PM, now rescheduled on November 25, 2021 at 8 PM

Friday, Nov.13 show postponed to Friday, Jan 15, 2021 at 8 PM, now rescheduled on November 26, 2021 at 8 PM

Saturday, Nov. 14 show postponed to Saturday, Jan. 16, 2021 at 8 PM, now rescheduled on November 27, 2021 at 8 PM

DENNIS DEYOUNG

Dennis DeYoung’s Montreal concerts, initially scheduled on May 2 & 3, postponed to November 20 & 21, are now postponed again to November 12 & 13, 2021.

All ticket holders should keep their tickets, which will be honoured (including seat assignments) as follows: 

Saturday, May 2 concert, postponed to November 20, 2020, postponed again to November 12, 2021 at 8 PM
Sunday, May 3 concert, postponed to November 21, 2020, postponed again to November 13, 2021 at 8 PM.

SLAVA'S SNOWSHOW

The Slava shows initially scheduled for April 2020 are now postponed to February 2022.

Ticket holders are asked to keep their tickets, which will be honoured on the date and time corresponding to the original date.

REVOLUTION

Shows from March 26 to April 5 have been postponed to February 4 to 14, 2021. Please refer to the event page for details on the new dates.

 

for KING & COUNTRY

The show originally scheduled on March 14, 2020, and rescheduled to August 17, 2021, is now postponed to a later date to be confirmed shortly. All ticket holders may keep their tickets as they will be honoured on the new date to be announced soon.. 

 

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE TICKETPRO CALL CENTER IS CLOSED until further notice. As a result, no request for information will be answered by telephone until the Government allows the return to regular business activites.

 

At the moment, only the shows set out above are postponed. As the situation is evolving, we will keep you informed of any changes that may occur over the next few days or weeks. For each postponed show, an informative email is sent to all ticket holders.

 

Thank you for your cooperation and stay safe at home during this period of restriction where compliance must be high priority at all levels.

FAQ

 

My event is cancelled because of Coronavirus, how can I get a refund?

We are referring here to a cancelled show, not to be confused with postponed events.

If you have purchased tickets online or by phone for a cancelled event, you do not need to make a refund claim with our customer service, we will proceed with the refund of the tickets in the next few weeks.

However, the refund may not appear on your account until a month or more because of the large number of transactions that needs to be processed.

 

If you purchased your tickets in person at theatre's box office, you will have to show up at the same purchase point with your ticket and the credit or debit card that was used for the payment, to claim your refund. Please note that the ticket office at the Théâtre St-Denis, located at 1594 St-Denis Street, is not open during this period of control of the spread of coronavirus. We do not know when the ticket office will reopen at this time.

 

My event is postponed to a later date because of Coronavirus, do I have to exchange my ticket?

If you have purchased tickets online for a postponed event, we will contact you to inform you of the new show date. You can also visit the event page on our website to find out the new date. You do not need to contact us in order to exchange your tickets, as they will be valid for the new date and you will be assigned to the same seats.

If you purchased tickets in person at the box office and the event is postponed, please keep your ticket, it will be valid for the new date of the show and you will be assigned to the same seats.

 

My event is postponed to a later date because of Coronavirus, but I can't attend the show on the new date, how can I get a refund?

If you are unable to attend the show on the date of the postponement, please contact our Ticketpro ticket office by email at [email protected] to see if it is possible to consider another postponement date and if no date is suitable, it will be possible to obtain a refund.
